1. Acceptable Use

Who.is provides WHOIS, RDAP, DNS, and IP data for informational, operational, and cybersecurity research purposes. High-volume scraping, unsolicited commercial mass mailing (SPAM), and malicious automated querying of registry databases are strictly prohibited.

2. Accuracy of Registration Information

WHOIS and RDAP information is obtained directly from third-party registrars and registries. While Who.is strives for continuous availability and accurate normalization, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy or timeliness of third-party registry records.

3. API & Automated Query Limits

Automated applications must use the official Developer API routes in accordance with rate limits. Abusive traffic may be throttled or blocked to preserve operational integrity for all global users.
